Here's one for all you cheese lovers out there!
Ingredients
4 oz soft goat cheese, crumbled
1 cup packed flat-leaf parsley leaves
½ cup packed fresh oregano leaves
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to food processor or blender. Pulse a few times to break up chunks, then blend until smooth, periodically scraping down sides of container to ensure even consistency.
